1. Website and scope

These Terms apply to public content, pages, materials and communications made available through the Site. Consulting, training, development, deployment and other services described on the Site are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work covering scope, fees, deliverables, acceptance criteria and liability.

The Site is intended primarily for businesses and professionals. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so and can bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service information

Capabilities, methods, project examples and delivery timelines shown on the Site describe our services. They are not a commitment to a specific result, schedule, price or availability. Scope, timing and pricing depend on business goals, systems, data conditions and resources.

We may change, suspend or remove content or features at any time without notice. Information on the Site may not be current; please confirm directly with us before making a business decision.

3. No contract or professional advice

Visiting the Site, sending an email or booking a call does not create a consulting, agency, partnership, employment or fiduciary relationship. Neither party may make commitments on behalf of the other unless a written agreement has been signed.

The Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, security or other professional advice. Consult an appropriate professional for your specific circumstances.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all text, design, graphics, marks, page structure, code and other content on the Site are owned by FancyFDE or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.

You may view, print and share Site content for internal evaluation or non-commercial reference, provided you do not modify it, remove attribution or rights notices, and identify the source. You may not copy, adapt, distribute, publicly display, scrape at scale or use the content commercially without our prior written permission.

The FancyFDE name, logo and brand elements are our trademarks or trade dress. Third-party names, products and marks mentioned on the Site (including WorkBuddy, OpenAI, Codex and Cloudflare) belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive or identification purposes only. They do not imply official partnership, sponsorship or endorsement unless we state so in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Attempt to access the Site, servers, networks or related systems without authorization.
• Interfere with, damage or overload the Site, including through automated attacks, denial-of-service attempts or malicious scanning.
• Scrape, copy or mirror Site content at scale without permission, or bypass access controls.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, false information, or impersonate FancyFDE or another person.
• Use Site content to train, fine-tune or build AI models or datasets that materially compete with the Site, unless you have written permission.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, documentation or services. Links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, privacy practices or availability. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and policies.

The Site may use third-party hosting, content delivery or security services. Those providers may process necessary technical data under their own terms, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, security or uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the Site is free of errors, viruses or other harmful components, or that any content will be available at a particular time or location. You are responsible for taking reasonable security precautions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FancyFDE and its team members, advisers and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including lost profits, business interruption, data loss or reputational harm, even if advised of the possibility.

For direct damages arising from or related to the Site, our aggregate liability will not exceed RMB 1,000 or the amount you actually paid for the relevant service, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how the Site handles information. The Site is a static website with no accounts, forms or analytics tracking. We do not collect or store visitor personal information. Please read the Privacy Policy for the full explanation.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, particularly if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, either party may bring an action in a court with jurisdiction at FancyFDE’s principal place of operations.

If applicable law gives you consumer rights that cannot be waived, these Terms do not affect those rights.
